Viagra is a safe and good med, but unfortunately it has some sides for some people. I have switched to cialis because of that, although viagra gave me somehow more intense erections and orgasm, but I have no side effects with cialis and also it stays in my system a bit longer(around 30hrs) during which I can achieve erections very easily.
Viagra gave me a headache some times.

It can become a painful problem as the tissues of the penis are deprived of oxygen (if the prolonged erection is ischemic in cause – in which case they will either drain the blood with a syringe or inject you with a type of muscle relaxant – non ischemic cause is a nerve problem, and I have no experience with that lol). Always see a doctor if you have an erection that lasts four hours or more.
